For a first time home buyer I was a little nervous. Carl made sure to put my nerves at ease. He worked closely with me and the sellers. I always was kept informed, and Carl was always available to answer questions. Working overseas and trying to coordinate everything couldn’t have been easier thanks to Carl. Carl helped me close on an earlier date then originally expect, set up inspections, had additional information about the surrounding areas, and knew what look for in the houses we looked at. I would highly recommend Carl especially to new home buyers!
